1. Our services

VendoGoods ("we," "us") provides smart markets, micro markets, coffee and pantry programs for residential and workplace properties in Southwest Florida. For qualifying locations, equipment placement is free — we provide the equipment, products, and service, and there is no cost to the property.

2. Proposals and referrals

Information submitted through our forms is used to prepare proposals and follow up on your request. Referral rewards ($300 per live location) are paid only after installation and 30 days of active service, subject to the rules on our referral page, including the warm-introduction requirement.

3. SMS program terms

If you opt in, VendoGoods may send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Message types include proposal and appointment follow-ups, service notifications, and marketing offers.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of receiving our services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree not to misuse our website or forms, including submitting false information or attempting to disrupt the site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendoGoods is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
